Well, the league is over, the numbers have been tallied, and we have a winner by a very, very slim margin!

Congratulations to Adam Ferber for winning the Village Vanguard Kommander League!

The league was a lot of fun and went well, considering a "holiday" and a nasty snow storm falling on our primary days of play.

The results are in!  Jason made a MASSIVE leap by painting like there was no tomorrow (because he really thought there was no tomorrow!  A typo on the league rules said last Saturday was the last day, when it is really 3/10/12.  Sorry!)

Week 4 in Pictures

It's been awhile since I posted any pictures of our games of Warmachine at Village Games in Anoka, MN.  I figured now would be a great time to show off some of the armies and painting our players have put together.

I had captioned all of these, but Blogger decided to crash while saving and all of it was gone.  So hopefully I remember to come back and fill them in... again.  If there are any questions feel free to ask!

   My apologies for being late on posting the current standings.  With life being hectic, and a touch of the flu for good measure, I just haven't been keeping up on stuff like I normally do. 

We're starting to see some heavy separation between the hard casual and hardcore players, but there's still time for people to catch up!

Cupid's arrow must have really hit home this week, with Valetine's Day throwing off the ebb and flow of battle.  Attendance was poor, but luckily for us Valentine's Day only comes once a year, and we have three more weeks left in the Kommander League! :)

It was another great week, with the store packed full of Warmachine players and an ever rising body count on the tabletop!

Week 1 in Pictures

With 13 people playing Warmachine and Hordes last week, there was lots of action.  I forgot my camera, but I did manage to scrounge up a few cell phone pictures of some of the games played.

Week 1 Standings

   The first week started out with a bang!  We ended up with 17 people signing up for the league, and all but one got at least one game in the first week.  Last Tuesday we had 13 people at Village Games for Warmachine.
